Furnished Monthly and Extended Stays

Planning a Company-Paid Furnished Stay

If you are arranging housing for an employee, relocating household or production assignment, include the proposed tenant, paying company, actual work location, dates, monthly budget and number of occupants in your request. Invoicing is supported. Harel Property Management can provide a W-9 and applicable company documentation, and certificate of insurance documentation when applicable. Tell us the contracting entity and any vendor-documentation requirements before committing so we can confirm what applies to the proposed lease.

Purchase-order arrangements can be discussed during the lease process; they are not automatically accepted and do not establish payment terms. HPM accepts ACH, wire transfers, bank checks and cashier’s checks. Required payments must be received and cleared in the landlord’s account before move-in.

Security deposits are generally required; amounts and payment schedules vary by property and lease. Utilities may be included up to a cap or charged separately, depending on the property. Confirm which utilities, caps, services and other charges apply to the specific home before committing.

HPM uses written California residential lease agreements appropriate to the property and tenancy. All HPM properties are furnished and have a minimum stay of one month; there is no standard maximum stay. If a stay may need to extend, discuss it during the lease process; extensions are subject to availability and approval.
